  I bought a Rav4 from this dealer on september 1st and i find it absolutely ridiculous that I don't have a complete seat buckled and since they promise to order the missing part and send to me nothing has been done and when u call either long hold or u keep getting response from receptionist poor network I can't hear you after I tell her my name . Really poor service though good deal.

  sales reps sound pretty honest and thus not too pushy (I went to the used cars Dept). they're willing to make reasonable concessions, so don't be afraid to ask for extra rebates or freebies.
